Over 800 wines await you in our walk-in cellar. Jean-Baptiste, the founder of Troisgros, a wine connoisseur, and a native of Bourgogne, developed very strong relationships with the vignerons of Bourgogne’s most famous domaines. Thus, our cellar in Roanne has grown to become one of the finest collections of Burgundy wines among any 3-star restaurant in France. A select few of these superb wines are also available at Cuisine[s].
Faithfully following Michel Troisgros’ philosophy that “Cuisine is plural,” the cellar also includes wines from Italy, Spain, and Austria. Both the chef and the sommelier constantly taste various wines so that they can recommend the perfect marriage—by the bottle or by the glass—to the dishes of the course menus. Our wine list also offers you 30 different champagnes.
