Light Course

On hot summer days as the appetite declines, many people want to enjoy refreshing flavors, and those who dress lightly tend to avoid French cuisine where calories are often plentiful.

“Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros” prepares a ‘Summer Special Light Course’ in which selected vegetables are the main ingredients. This allows you to enjoy French cuisine with lightness and spirit with the theme of “beauty by eating”.

Please enjoy the summer at Troisgros with light ingredients selected by our chef Guillaume Bracaval that can be expected to have a detoxifying effect or light cuisine that incorporates seasonal organic vegetables that arrive every day from a committed local farmer.
