Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will offer an annual Black Truffles Fair.  Black truffles, often called black diamond, can be served with lunch and dinner course menu or à la carte dishes.

The reservation-only Black Truffles Course will also be available.  Please enjoy this opportunity.
