Black truffle season is here again, with Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros hosting its annual Black Truffles Fair, The fair will maximize the allure of top-grade black truffles, which resemble pieces of black diamond.

We will be hosting a reservation-only course menu which will allow you to fully enjoy the rich allure of black truffles.  Black truffles will also be served on a course menu or in à la carte dishes as per diners’preference.  Please be sure to enjoy this opportunity.
