50th Anniversary for Michelin
Three-star Special Course

Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will offer a special course to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the three Michelin-starred restaurant, Troisgros in France.

Please enjoy the 50-year history with specialties created by the family's second-generation chefs Jean and Pierre, known as “the Troisgos brothers”, who led La Nouvelle Cuisine in the 1970s.

Troisgros’ signature dishes evolved by the contribution of the third-generation owner chef Michel, and the latest dishes have been developed by César and Léo (“the new Troisgos brothers”) of the fourth generation, who have taken over the restaurant.  Please make a reservation as soon as possible.
