Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros will host a small number of wine dinners throughout the year with the selections of the chief sommelier. Please enjoy the exquisite harmony of champagne, white wine, red wine and the eight-dish dinner course.
We will offer an annual Black Truffles Fair. Black truffles, often called black diamond, can be served with lunch and dinner course menu or à la carte dishes. The reservation-only Black Truffles Course will also be available.
