Born in 1972. After a training at “Maison Troisgros” and “Le Central” in France, he joined “Cuisine [s] Michel Troisgros” and directed “Café Troisgros” from its opening in January 2009 as Chef. He has a talent of drawing dishes like an artist and admires the nature and food made from natural ingredients.
